Re: We will supply up to 6 sets of forming dies going with machine for free. For the extra one, the cost should be charged according to the size.

4. How about the after-sales service, including installation, commissioning and training?

Re: We will supply all the operation manual and video clip going with machine, and we supply free training here in our plant.  Also we can send technicians to your site for installation and training, but the relevant should be borne by your company.

5. How about the guarantee after order?

Re: The guarantee period is one year since the date B/L. and we will supply free help include spare parts during the guarantee period, just the freight charge should be borne by you.
