Re: the culvert pipe diameter can be customized from 500-6000mm with wall thickness 2.0-4.0 mm for different kinds of application.

3.What’s the raw material (strip) width and the corrugation design?

We can customized the machine as per your requirements, the suitable strip width can be from 150mm to 1000mm, and the corrugation can designed as per your drawing.

4.How many dies going with machine? 

Re: We design the flexible moulds for different kinds of diameter, which is made from the guiding roller and wire rope. Also the fixed size moulds can be customized.

5.How about the after-sales service, including installation, commissioning and training?
Re: We will supply all the operation manual and video clip going with machine, and we supply free training here in our plant.  Also we can send technicians to your site for installation and training, but the relevant should be borne by your company.
 
6. How about the guarantee after order?
Re: The guarantee period is one year since the date B/L. and we will supply free help include spare parts during the guarantee period; just the freight charge should be borne by you.
