This machine adopts multiple cylinders and multiple point electrodes weld by turns. Improving productivity while limit unit heat input quantity, reduce the deformation, and ensure the surface quantity of weld spot.

Compare with DC welding machine, the quality of welding point by this AC welding machine is not very good, so this macine is suitable for products with not high requirement on welding point.

 Technical parameter:

1. Welding transformer: 125KVA, 380V, 50Hz, 2Phase;

2. Six main Cylinders’ size: diameter 80mm, stoke 60mm (adjustable);

 This six cylinders are installed on the dovetailed guide, the distance is adjustable along the horizontal direction, in order to suit welding different specification of products; each cylinder can work alone when adjust;

 3. Two lifting cylinders’ specification: diameter 160mm, stroke 20mm;

4. Electrode: Weld electrode holder and soleplate can water cooling.

5. Controller: Adopts intelligent microcomputer fast reaction type controller, entire numerical control, operation interface is simple, convenient and clear. With specific automatic detection and compensation, that could prevent unsoldering and empty soldering effectively.

6. Work plate: suitable for the products with max. Width 600mm, according to customer’s product, we will offer one set of welding mould going with the machine. Arrangement of wire is done on welding mould, after welding, operator takes the work piece down manually, and the other actions, such as up and down of down cylinders and weld cylinders, forward and backward of mould, are all done automatically.
