This automatic horizontal hydraulic straw baling machine is specially used to packaging all the soft waste Such as cotton yarn, cotton waste, tobacco leaf, plastic, pet bottle, wool top, fiber, cardboard boxes, plastic film etc. The pressure is from 40 tons to 120 tons. It combines advanced computer controlled operations with reliable hydraulic and seamless heavy duty frame construction.
Bale weight and length of this auto-tie horizontal baler can be programmed and controled though a simple and easy to use touch screen panel according to your specific transportation arrangement, making it ideal to maximize your container loading. For example, BJWQ-120 model with 120tons baling press is able to produce super dense bale up to 1200kg each, with bale size 2300*1100*1100mm. You can load up to 20 such bales into a 40HQ container without the need to turn the bales around from one side to another. In another word, less number of bales means less cost.

1. All the machines will be tested strictly before shipment. The testing will be with material loading and full-load operation for at least one shift.
