Ultrasonic Riveting Machine consists of ultrasonic transducer, booster, horn, fixed
sleeve, frame (with movement device) and generator. Its work principle is that
ultrasonic force horn (force device) vibrates with high frequency, forcing riveting
end to shock the work piece with high speed. Because of the high speed, most
energy can't transfer to the inner of work piece; the shocked part of work piece
would be deformation, then the riveting work is completed.
The biggest characteristic of ultrasonic riveting machine is the force device is
ultrasonic generator, not original hydraulic, aerodynamic force or electrodynamics
force. It has the superiority of high vibration frequency, large amplitude and
large acceleration of particle movement. The riveting force device is shock type
work, and its high speed, frequency and acceleration result in high work efficiency.
It's especially suit for riveting tiny work pieces, strange shape work pieces
and special work pieces.
