Under the action of ultrasonic wave, two(or more than two) kinds of liquid which are not mutually melt mixing evenly disperse system,one liquid uniform distribution in the other liquid,become emulsions.It is called ultrasonic homogenizer.

Advantages
Compared with Traditional Homogenizer
- Emulsion average droplet size small, can be 0.2 ~ 2um; the droplet size distribution is narrow, can be 0.1 ~ 10um or more narrow.
- High concentration of pure emulsion concentration, can be more than 30%, additional emulsifier can be as high as 70%.
- Emulsion stability, no or little used emulsifier to produce stable emulsion.
- Can be control the type of emulsion.
- In the different sound intensity conditions can form different types of emulsion.
- Ultrasonic homogenizer consumes little power.
