Main Components

1.An ultrasonic vibration source (power supply): 50-60Hz mains into high power high frequency (15kHz-100kHz) power provided to the transducer.

2 Transducer: high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibrations.

3.Horn: connected and fixed transducer and milling disk, the amplitude of the transducer to enlarge transferred to the milling disk.

4.Milling disk: the use of ultrasonic energy, the liquid metal on the milling disk vibration broken, and into the mist flying out of the disc.

5.Fixed flange: milling device fixed at a fixed point.

6.Connecting bolts: closely connected to the above components.
