Application:
Tungsten carbide disc cutters is also called round cutter, round blade, round knife. They are made by 100% virgin raw material. With high wear resistance and high bending resistance, they can be used for semi finishing of chilled cast iron, non-ferrous metal alloys, semi-finished or finished hardened steel, alloy steel, and more.
Tungsten carbide disc cutter is the component of PCB lead cutting machines, used for cutting the legs of PCB's electronic components. Cutting the pin lines/lead wires of diode/transistors on electronic ballasts or printed circuit board, with high density, hardness and bending strength. Also meet the ISO9001:2000 quality standard. There are many styles and grades, we can make them as your demand.
Tungsten carbide disc cutter is special cutting instrument which utilizes abrasive powders and high speed, vibratory motion to cut discs, holes, cylinders, squares and other shapes from hard, brittle materials. Tungsten carbide cutter blade is widely used to cut paper, tile, tobacco, PCB board, aluminum, stainless steel, copper and other metals.
