FUKKOL H.T. PASTE 

 

Description:

A white non-carbonized-under-high-temperature lubricating paste for lubrication of all kinds of surfaces subject to high load, 

particularly operation at low speed and/or oscillating motion and of steel and non-ferrous metal screw ,plug and bayonet joints. 

 

Applications:

-Anti-seized non-destructive disassembly of threaded conncetions subject to high temperatures, 

i.e. at internal combustion engines and turbines oven after long service time.

-Corrosion protection for nuts and bolts,sockcts and spindles in refurenes, steel-and cement mills, marine and agriculture.

,it is a paste special formulated by ceramic powder nanotechnology  additives which can stands 1400°C,we warranty the paste will not flow out ,no carbonization ,no melting.You can use in "Mould Parts" such as ejector pins/sleeves/slide way ect.

It can fully take the place of the traditional ejector pin oil .According to the customer datas,it can basically extend 25% of mould life span.

 

How to use it:

First you must dismantle the mould from the machine, then you need to release the ejector pin from the mould , 

plz  remeber the whole mould must be clean and dry,use the cleaning products to remove the oil ,dirt and carbonated substance.

Then you brush the H.T Paste on the pin,and make it cover a white thin film on the surface. Install the pin on the mould until you asure the mould is free from contamination.

When you install the mould on the machine, when the mould reach the temperature of 80 centigrade it will turn to a dry  lubricating powder film on the surface on the pins.

It is perfectly fit to use it if your products requires no contamination from the machine ,for example : the white and  lucency  products.

What,s more,it,s certificated by FDA,international SGS and ROSH.

You only have to use it once ,and the second time you use it will be the mould maintaining time, usually can stand 8000 mould ,but it depends on how you use the machine.
