Product Information

Semi-fluid Lithium Soap Base Grease containing a lithium thickener, an ISO 680 mineral base oil , oxidation and rust inhibitors and a special tackiness additive. Used primarily in gear cases for which grease lubrication is specified.

*Other types of heavy-duty equipment a soft, easily pumpable, non - EP grease having a high viscosity base oil. Usable temperature range in continuous service is -30to120°C .Maximum temperature for short term exposure is 145°C.

Prolongs equipment life: Self-sealing characteristics of the lithium-based thickener reduce or eliminate loss of lubricant, preventing accelerated wear through oil starvation .High viscosity base oil provides thick-film lubrication, even at high loads .Tacky consistency resists water wash out and contaminant ingress, minimizing wear and corrosion in wet and dirty environments.
Reduces external contamination: High base oil viscosity , tackiness characteristics and thickener self-sealing action reduce leakage to the environment or ,in the case of processing vessels, reduce contamination of processed products.
Minimizes lubricant consumption: Effective oxidation inhibitors and the non-hardening characteristics of the lithium-based thickener reduce viscosity increase and maximize lubricant service life. Leakage reducing characteristics minimize top-up during service
