GWC-140 Wool Carding Machine

The Wool Combing Machine GWC-140 has two different combing cylinders for customers to select, one cylinder has the shorter combing pin with special design especially for short wool combing with the wool height less than 30mm, the other cylinder has the longer wool combing pins designed for long wool combing with the height more than 30mm. The combing result is perfect, this processing could save a lot of time and money for the production of lambskin double face and shoe-line. It could open all the knots and ties of the wool and also save the processing of the ironing, one-time combing has the same result of three-time ironing. It is one of the most important equipments for double-face production.

The machine is very convenient for operation and maintenance, the combing dimension could be easily controlled by the operator through the control hand-wheel in front of the machine, and the machine has a special design operated by pneumatic devices to make it never hurt the lambskins during its working. The combing belt and plate could be changed easily and conveniently, there are several kinds of pins for customers to choose according to their production and wool length they are working with.
