Water Cooled Silicon Controlled Rectifier
The transformer adopts structure with three-phase and five-column, sixphase
and double reverse star rectification circuit without paralleling reactor
and can generally save the energy about10%.
Use of electrolytic copper production of transformer coils, through the
vacuum Impregnation treatment process. It's better insulation and corrosion resistance.
It has a special structure ,uses water cooled method, and has obvious energy effect.
It can provide constant voltage /constant current(CV/CC) and has softstarting functions.
Perfect control and protection function: it has the protection functions such as over-current, short circuit ,open
phase, etc.
Equipped with remote control box of anticorrosion.It makes the plating tank and rectifier
isolation, thus prolonging the life of the rectifier
We can provide RS485 or RS232 interface or standard 4-20MA,0-5V general
Interface,we can also provide Ampere-hourmeter , timer and buzz alarm system.
