8inch Small Sand Drilling Dredger for Iron Sand Processing

Drilling suction dredger(DSD) .

All DSDs are equipped with a drill pole, the suction tube and water jet tube are attached to the drill pole. During dredging,DSD vertical move down the drill pole and rotates its drill , until the drill head digs into the sand layer of  riverbed, drill pole as a spud to lock the vessel into a stationary position. Then the water jet pump started, a high pressure water jet hits the sand layer to make high concentration slurry , the slurry then pumped out of water through a suction pipe by dredge pump. The sand will be send to griddle on the deck and be filtered first, after mineral recovery, the DSD will discharge the tailing materials to the disposal site via a floating pipeline or a sand hopper barge mooring along the dredger side.This way achieves sand filtering, washing and sand long-distance delivery. Deep-digging, filtering, washing and long distance delivering are finished in one time to make DSD to be the most efficient and cost-saving deep-sand-digging dredger.
