This machine can be used to deal with velvet ribbons, ribbons, webbings, tapes and so on. Using the cross-linked way, it sways above the paper tube or plastic tube. The machine can reduce the packing space, according to different thickness and specification of the tapes. It can roll tapes of length from 200 to 3,000 meters. Meanwhile, it can decrease the joint of two tapes, adjust the speed and the distance between the two sway radian by itself, and make sure that the tape can lie on the surface of the cannulation.
