1	Are you a factory or a trading company?
	We are a manufacturer with factory and have been in this line for more than 12 years.
2	How can I get a sample? How long will it take?
	Before getting a sample, please contact us for details or charges. It will take 3~5 days approximately to ship the sample.
3	What is your payment terms?
	Usually by T/T in advance. Deposit should be paid when order is confirmed, and the balance should be paid before shipment.
4	What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?
	It'll take 7~15 days usually, based on the quantity. Cargos will be packed in standard export cartons, or follow your requirements. Then the cargos will be delivered via Air or sea.
5	What will you do for quality control?
