Welded Anti-climb and Anti-cut 358 Mesh Fence With High Security

Anti-climb 358 mesh fence more stronger and with high security than other kinds of welded wire mesh.It has some features,the small mesh hole makes the wire mesh panel be anti-climb, so the people can not get across the the fence. The small mesh holes also make the wire mesh panel be anti-shear. Because the shear can not be put into the mesh hole.

1. Base Material: 

Wire for panel adopts high quality low carbon hot-dipped galvanizd steel wire with 60g to 80g zinc coat,tensile strength above 450N to 500N.

Secure-Nett post uses hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet as raw material with zinc coat 80g-120g per square meter,which is strong corrosion resistance,good surface quality,uniform galvanized layer and conductive to processing.

2.Technology Procedure 

 Fencing Process: Wire Drawing → Wire Straightening & Wire Cutting → Welding → Folds/Curves Bending → Electric Galvanizing/Hot-dipped Galvanizing → Parkerizing → PVC Coating /Spraying → Packing → Loading

Four layers surface coating treatment:

      1. Hot-dip galvanizing: Extra protection against rust, corrosion;

      2 Zinc phosphate: Promote the adhesion between the steel and coating film;

      3. Zinc-rich epoxy powder coat: Providing long-lasting, anti-impaction and anti-corrosion;

      4. Polyester color coat: With extra anti-UV rays, corrosion and self-cleaning
