Garrison style fencing:More small openings,no toe or finger holds. ANTI-CUT: robust wire and welded joints make cutting very difficult. BETTER VISIBILITY:flat,two-dimensional profile,easier to see through than chain link mesh fence.
Garrison style fencing is available in both pre-galvanized and galfan wire,the surface treatment is hot dipped galvanized or galvanized and powder coated.

Specification of garrison style fencing
Base Material
1.Wire for panel adopts hot-dipped galvanized steel wire with 60g to 80g zinc coat,tensile strength above 450N to 500N.
2.Secure-Nett post uses hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet as raw material with zinc coat 80g-120g per square meter,which is strong corrosion resistance,good surface quality,uniform galvanized layer and conductive to processing.

1.Welding machine
welding equipment adopts the most advanced domestic automatic welding machine.The equipment adopts synchronous control technology;points in welding and welding time control are controlled by PLC digital programming system with screen input panel makes operation more intelligent.
2.Post Machine

4.Electrostatic spraying polyester equipment

Four layers surface coating treatment:
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: Extra protection against rust, corrosion;
2 Zinc phosphate: Promote the adhesion between the steel and coating film;
3. Zinc-rich epoxy powder coat: Providing long-lasting, anti-impaction and anti-corrosion;
4. Polyester color coat: With extra anti-UV rays, corrosion and self-cleaning
