Spiral Bevel Gears are teeth machined by Gleason equipment, and heat treated with IPSEN heat treatment furnace. 100% of gears are checked in couple on low noise testing machine about contact mark, backlash and noise level.
The driving pinion and driven crown are lapped in fine by Gleason 600HTL Turbo Lapper.
Our Spiral Bevel Gears are mainly applied on costruction equipment, agricultural machinery, heavy duty truck and industrial applications.
