If necessary, the whole building can be released from foundation by simply loosening some bolt nuts, and be separated into modular pieces again which is suitable for standard transportation as ISO containers. Once being transported to the new location, can be set up again very quickly with most parts recyclable.

Longevity

With rigorous total sandblast processing before paintjob, and thick antirust paint from ISO container industry--which is designed for marine containers used mostly under salty conditions above sea--modular buildings can reach a longevity of over 30 years with little maintenance services.

Strong and tough
Modular blocking is a total sturdily-welded frame structure consisting of thick and robust steel-tube pillars and beams. The whole modular building is designed to keep intact in serious earthquakes and typhoons.

Compliance with law

Unlike other container houses which are modified from ISO containers, our modular blocks designed with a standard steel-structure framework which subjects to structure calculations and complies with construction law of your country/district.

Auxiliary equipments available

Not only the building itself can be prefabricated, but also necessary equipments such electric power lines and plumbing pipes can also be prefabricated if needed.

Modular houses: shipped as containers as what they are.(Anti-weather package will be deployed according to sensitive interior decorating material.

Auxiliary parts are shipped by normal cargo containers.
