S31-Full Automatic Bottle Shrink Wrapping Machine
1. L Type Shrink Wrapping Machine
The machine can be used for mineral water, drinks, beer, wine and medicine bottle’ group packing, which does not need bottom tray. Also, products will be firm and beautiful.
It adopts the imported PLC programming automatic control. It has stable function and precision control. It has automatic functions such as conveying materials, unscrambling, shrinking and cooling and design finalizing flow. The film conveying adopts imported transducer control in order to reach stepless speed conversion. It also has advanced spiral wind circulating structure and three-layer heat insulation to save resources. In addition, it uses enhanced cooling and design finalizing passage, which can make product packing finalize the design more effective, easy to be stored and transported.
It is widely used in mineral water bottles, pure water bottles, soft drink bottles, medicine bottles, food bottles and other containers. Production capacity range is 8-12packs/minute.
2. Linear Type Shrink Wrapping Machine
Compare to the L type shrink wrapping machine, this machine has higher production capacity.
We divided the linear type shrink wrapping machine into 3 stages, which is 10-15packs/minute, 15-25packs/minute and 25-35packs/minute. It can be widely used in many different fields as the best choice for secondary packaging.
All electric parts are famous imported brands such as Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, Siemens, Autonics, Airtac, etc.
1. How many kinds of packing forms can shrink wrapping machine make?
Depending on customers' requirements. It can make diiferent sizes such as 4x6, 4x5, 3x4 and 2x3.
2. How much production efficiency of the machine?
We have L type shrink wrapping machine, capacity is 8-12packs per minute.
We also have Linear type shrink wrapping machine, capacity is 15-35packs per minute.
3. How long is the delivery time?
It will take 20-35days. Customers need to confirm bottle drawing as early as possible.
Customers need to provide adequate bottles for machine tests.
4. How to install?
We will send technicians to guide customer do installation and training, if customer require.
The installation takes 3-5days.
5. What guarantee can we provide?
Free spare parts will be attached to each machine. It is adequate for one year's production.
We will send new parts within 72 hours if there is any part is damaged.
6. What is electricity supply requirement?
220V, single phase, 50/60Hz.
380V, 3 phase, 50Hz.
