Characteristics 

1.The cutter is ratchet type;

2.J13 type cable cutter could be operated by one hand only due to light weight;

3.The cable cutter can cut ACSR up to 720mm2 , the maximum shear range for prestressed steel wire is 150mm2. 

There is a safe protective equipment of "Kacha" voice when it reaches to high or low voltage.
