This Vertical Drilling Machine is designed for drilling, counterboring, reaming, tapping, spotfacing, etc. The maximun drilling capacity is 40mm on small or middle sized workpieces. It is widely used in machine works and repair shops for single piece or small lot production, having the features of abundant horsepower and high rigidity when compared with all the others of its kind at home and abroad.
1. A wide range of spindle speeds can be obtained by setting two levers at the left side of the spindle head in conjunction with two-speed switch..
2. It has reasonable speed of revolution, there is well cutting property when it drill the bigger hole.
3. Two-speed switch can also permit the spindle to reversely rotate both at high and low speed so as to perform tapping at any speed.
4. Except the clamping and releasing levers for the bracket with table are situated below, all other levers are locates on the spindle head for the convenient operation.
5. The spindle unit is equipped with the back moving spring and cutter dismounting device. The former can be adjusted to meet the requirement of the operator, and the latter is utilized for easily taking off the cutter.
6. The spindle head and the bracket with table can be raised, lowered and revolved 360°. Both consist of common parts and acted through the worm and worm wheel gears and rack,thus saving the operator's labour and ensuring safety in self-locking.
7. The motor is mounted in the spindle head and its stator is fitted in the bushig for positioning the motor to facilitate mounting and dismounting in maintenance and repair.The power is transmitted to speed changing mechanism via splinted shaft.
8. All the essential cast parts have undergone artificial ageing, and the principal steel parts as spindle and its sleeve, clutch, drive gears, have been properly heat-treated. Therefore they are more stable and wear-resistant.
