Rotary Dryer Description:
Rotary rotary is also known as rotary drum dryer.Mainly composed of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring and widely used in sawdust, wood chips, building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, industrial drying slag, cement limestone, coal, slag, clay.
Rotary Dryer Working Principle:
Materials are sent to hopper of rotary rotary by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to thelower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer.
Main technical parameters
(1)Rate of ball-becoming up to 70%, have a small amount of returned material, expected, small granularity of returned material, can be re-granulation.
(2)Steam heating, improve material's temperature, so that have lower moisture when material change into the ball, improve dryness efficiency.
(3)Use rubber plastic for lining, raw materials difficult to stick cylinder, and played the role of anti-corrosion, keep warm. (4)High yield, little power consumption, low maintenancecosts.
