Magnetic Separator
Basic information
Generally there are two types of magnetic separating, dry and wet. The dry separating is suitable for materials with water content less than 5% and it shows better effect as to coarse separating of larger materials. For fine granular material, the wet separating is better. Our magnetic separator can afford to use for both ways. It makes use of weak magnetic field to separate magnetic metal materials such as iron, cobalt and nickel.
Its main function includes:
1. Rough separating after coarse crushing in low-iron mine, to reduce load.
2. In Hematite reduction, detect the unchanged raw ore and return it to roasting.
3.Remove iron purity in ceramic mud to increase china quality.
4. Remove iron in coal mine,refractory production and casting sand.
