Its special institutions mainly including the power lifter, before and after the mixing drum bracket, deceleration machine, hydraulic system, mixing barrel, operating mechanism, cleaning system, etc. Working principle is that power is taken from chassis, and drives variable pump of the hydraulic system, changing mechanical energy into hydraulic energy to quantitative motor, then the motor drives reducer, then to mixing device, for mixing concrete. Concrete Mixer Truck Composition Composed of automobile chassis, mixing drum, transmission system, water supply device, power taking device, front and rear drum support, reducer, hydraulic transmission system, material input and output system, operating mechanism,etc. Due to technical reasons, domestic mixer truck with 3 to 8CBM volume adopt 4 main domestic parts, more than 8CBM adopt imported components. Mixers: second class chassis, transmission system, hydraulic system, frame, mixing tank, input and output device, water supply system, control system,ladder,etc. Drum and the reducer is connected and installed on the frame at the front desk, the rear is supported by two wheel installed in the frame of the background.
