Main Features
1.The well performed Weichai WD10G220E11 is adopted with high reliability, low noise and low fuel consumption.
2.The hydraulic system of the working device applies the technology of dual-pump-converging which is energy conservative and high efficient. The steering system adopts the coaxial flow amplification system which is flexible.
3.Dual line sealing standard and swage technology, as well as the whole forging high pressure steal tube are improved to address the long perplexing problem of hydraulic diffusibility.
4.The diameter of the fuel sucking pipe is increased to slow down the flow velocity of the liquid, so as to avoid the suction and erosion of the working pump and to reduce the energy loss of the pipeline hydraulic pressure.
5.The heat radiating system is modified. With reasonable matching, the heat radiating system is able to guarantee the temperature of water and oil within the normal range in environment of more than 45 centigrade under working condition of high frequency.
6.The working device with optimized design contributes to a high work efficiency, making the machine's lifting capacity, digging force, discharge height, dumping reach and total cycling time all reach or exceed the standard of GB excellence.
7.The shaft sleeve material of the hinge joint is the advanced allumen, extending the longevity of wear resistance.
8.The design of important structures such as frame, swing arm and bucket fully takes advantage of experience from other machines of the same kind home and abroad. Therefore, various reliability design and analysis and improvement have been carried out to strengthen the wing box of the frame and to optimize the structure of the draft gear. Advanced welding technology has also been adopted.
9.The central articulated frame has a short turning radius and flexible operation. The tracks of front and rare wheels are in conformity when steering with less energy consumption, providing protection to the transmission shaft and wheels.
10.The machine can adapt various working conditions and the stone bucket, coal bucket, bottom fork and timber grab can be equipped for more and better choices.
