Components of Front Tipping Dump Truck (Tipper Lorry or Production Truck): 
1. Components of tip trucks: Hydraulic Lifting System, carriage, sub frame and accessories; 
2. Hydraulic lifting system contains oil pump, hydraulic cylinder, operating equipments; 
inhibiting device, oil tank and pipe line and other related components; 
3. Carriage includes front board, back board, floor and opening and closing mechanism etc; 
4. Accessories includes safety pole, limiting plate and limiting cable etc. 

Working Principle of Front Tipping Dump Truck (Tipper Lorry or Production Truck): 
Engine power is output by Transmission and PTO; then the power goes through oil pump drive spindle and then drive the oil pump; then hydraulic oil goes through distributing valve and finally goes into hydraulic cylinder. The carriage ultimately dump or tilting goods or materials based on the power of hydraulic cylinder’s stretching motion.
