500-3000kg/h laundry/toilet soap making machinery
I. Brief introduction of hand soap making machine
This whole set of toilet soap making machine is designed to produce toilet soap. Material is soap noodle (soap grains).
II. Product process of hand soap making machine
1. Mix all materials by mixing agitator, grind soap noodles by three-roller mill, make soap materials into soap bar by vacuum plodder, and cut soaps by stamping machine.
2. Distribution boxes are used to control all the motors of machines, and conveyors are used to transport soap materials.
3. Water pump is used to make the water to cool down the vacuum plodder, and vacuum pump is used to vacuum the soap materials.
4. The parts of mixing agitator and vacuum plodder that touch the soap materials are made of stainless steel 304.

For multiple machines or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.
we can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms.
EXW: You arrange the shipping details from our factory to your port by yourself.
FOB: We arrange freight transport to Qingdao, Shanghai or other ports of China, then you arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port.
CIF: We arrange all shipping details to your country port, and ensure machines smooth arrival.

* How to make the payment?
Normally, when the order value is below USD10,000, we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C will be accepted when the order value is over USD10,000. For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.
*Date of delivery?
We will arrange the production and shipment as soon as possible when we received the deposit, and update the information with the customer on line.
*Suitablity of motor?
As there are many volatage standards in different countries in the world, so the original motor equipped on the machine would not suitable to be used with the customer's local power supply, when this situation happend, please send us your exact information of the power supply available, then we can modify the motor accordingly.
*After sale service?
For most of the machines, the quality is guaranteed for one year since the date of shipment expet wearing parts, we supply the on-line service for all the machines, and also supply the spare parts all the time with cost price, for some complicated machine or plant, we can send our engineer overseas too.
