JMDM-COM4Dfilm is a 3D4D5D Three-dimensional Dynamic Movie Controller which independent research and development of our company, it is dedicated to a multidimensional dynamic movie seats of servo cylinder control and a variety of dynamic effects stunt control. It can be called dynamic film controller 4D film special effects controller, 4D theater controllers,4D seats controller and so on.
JMDM-COM4Dfilm controller and JMDM-4Dfilmplayer special effects editing player software are constitutes the JMDM Three-dimensional dynamic film control system, it is the core control system of 4D5D multidimensional dynamic theater, with characteristic of industry-level isolation of golden light, lighting resistance to strong electromagnetic interference, closed-loop precision control of stable and reliable. It can check and control the motion and locate of servo cylinder accurate and real-time; collect and control button signal. Controlling dynamic seats motioned with real-time, precise, gently and smoothly, the effect equipment like: seat, flash lamp, sprinkler head work cooperatively, made the film audience feel like in the plot and real scene of the Three-dimensional film though they are in the dynamic seat. Such as lighting, blowing, shaking and so on. It can bring the real sense organ experience from visual, smell, touch, hearing for the majority of the audience even from Omni-directional and extremely repercussions recreation enjoyment, they has been the first choose to major manufactures who want the low-end, Middle-end and high-end special effects control system scheme of the 4D5D dynamic film. 2. The Specific function:
A. Servo cylinder control: One controller can control eight servo cylinders at most, connects eight cylinder potentiometer inputs, but usually is six. Using in real-time check the position of servo cylinder and composing closed-loop control system to control the position of servo cylinder accurately. It can receive every location instruction of servo cylinder that sending by 4D film player software and finished the location demand not only quickly but also precisely
B. Controlled 8 special effects equipments at most: such as vibration, push back, water, air, ear wind, leg sweep and so on.
C. Support cascade: Controlling more than one seat and special effects equipment of large three-dimensional theater realized.
D. Used in coordination with other ordinary special effects electromagnetic valve, cylinder control of JMDM series products control, more special effects equipment achieved.
3 Performance parameters:
A. Working voltage: 12 volt or 24 volt, 2amp, AC / DC general.
B. The Master chip: a high Performance SCM adds programmable array circuit.
C. Program and data storage; All are 32K, program storage memorize program and date. Data storage preserve dates, and the dates will not lose when power failure.
D. Input-output; 8 Opto-isolated digital inputs, NPN type input form (you can custom for PNP type)
E. 8 high precision, high speed analogue signal input, the input voltage range is 0 - 5 volt.
F. 20 transistor output, each output load voltage range; direct current is 5-40 volt, the most output load electric current is 4amp, outlets state can be back to read.
G. System stability: Using Opto-isolated and opening internal watch dog and strict high frequency filter out characteristics, to make the system working stable and reliable, crashed to startup within 1 second
H. Communications interface: A standard RS232 Serial communications interface (antistatic of 15 volt). Downloads program with RS232 directly, no burner, convenient program revise and promote; It is communicate with computer with RS485 converter or computer directly.
I. 4 toggle switches: Dial the code switch hardware addressing directly and set function by software. It can be used to input point to set the address or other parameters during programming.
J. Precise control of time: with one clock chip, to provide real-time clock for system when programming, to realize precise timing control.
K. LED Light for work state: Usually one LED light used to show the running state of the controller.
