Nickel mesh, mainly used for acid and alkali sieving and environmental conditions, gas, liquid filtration and other media separation.
Plain weave nickel mesh
Most common weaving method, the main feature is the warp and weft wire diameter of the same density.
It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, rubber, tire manufacturing, metallurgy, medicine, food and so on. Nickel wire is woven into various specifications net and cloth. It has good acid resistance, alkali resistance and high temperature resistance.
Twill weave nickel mesh
Twill weave is a kind of commonly used weaving method. One weft wire passes over two and under two warp wires, and one warp wire passes over and under two weft wires. The wire diameter for both( warp and weft) is mostly the same. It is square aperture.
Filteration rate is a little higher than the plain weave nickel mesh.
Plain dutch weave nickel mesh
Plain dutch weave is a kind of commonly used weaving method. Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next adjacent complementary wire, as in normal Plain Weave, except the warp wires are larger in diameter than the weft wires. This allows a greater mesh count in the weft direction.
Twill dutch weave nickel mesh
Twill dutch weave is a kind of commonly used weaving method. Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next two adjacent complementary wires, as in a normal twill weave, except the warp wires are larger in diameter than the weft wires. This allows a greater mesh count in the weft direction. This weave pattern enables the weft wires to be woven more densely, and much smaller aperture sizes can be achieved without forsaking cloth thickness.
