Application and character 

Model KZ32B Combination pneumatic strapping tool belong to buckled strapping tool. Applicable to steel strips with general strapping strength and high strapping strength. The machine operate tensioning,buckling and cutting in one go,saving the packing time,making the packing more efficient,standard and firm. The machine equipe with feed wheel aerodynamic lifting function,more convenient to operate.

 Application

Wildly used in the strapping and packing of plate materials,proximate matter,pipe materials,steel bar and irregular face materials in metal and non-ferrous metal Industry ect.

Operation method

1,insert the strip

Thread strap through a seal,Then encircle bundle and thread strap through seal and fold the initial end upside down by hand.(see picture 3).the fold length about 50-70mm.strain the strap by hand and place the seal near the packing position

2,Insertion of the strap

Insert the strap into the space between the gripper foot and the feed wheel.

3,Strap tensioning 

Press the tensioning switch,valve core pushed,pneumatic motor rotate,feed wheel start working.hands off after the tension switch pushed in place,and the feed wheel tension the strap automatic until the strap strained ,then the pneumatic motor stop .

4, sealing the seal and cut off the strip

Press the seal switch ,valve core pushed,complete blocking the seal and cutting off the strap.release the switch ,and the machine go back to the original condition.

5.If stop operation is needed during tensioning the strap.turn the reset handle,then the machine back to original condition.
