Machine Description:

1.New CNC Welding Machine uses the synchronous control technique,

   The separate-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system.

   The input panel falls into two types, touch screen or keyboard, which makes the operation more

    reasonable and more intelligentize.

2.Welding using new and efficient welding transformer, expanding the scope of the welding wire diameter.

3.Netting system consists of servo motor control, not only improves the accuracy of mesh size, while

   ensuring the warp and weft of the distance between tunability.

1.Control System: CNC(touch screen)

2.Adjustable Parts:

   Weft Wire Spacing and Warp Wire Spacing;

   Grid Size and High Precision, Wire Diameter could be adjusted within the range.

3.Machine transformer: 

   120KVA, 160KVA, 180KVA, 200KVA, depened the machine wire diameter.

4.Calibration and Commissioning:

   Each machine in the factory will be strict calibration and commissioning by our engineers,and all the

   debugging working will be done before delivery.

5.Install: 

   Photos and Video will be offered for your refer.

   The machine need not install the anchor bolt, only need to put on the ground of plant,easily to done.

Safety Precautions:

1.Don’t touch any KEY when the machine working, to prevent misoperation cause adverse consequences.

2.If got encounter an emergency situation, pls STOP at once, and cut power.

3.Machines must pay attention to lubrication, check the stability of machine, screw etc. and keep the fixed.

4.When suffering the Equipment technical problems, let technician check and solve, user don’t repair base on without permission, or will got big problem and financial loss.

5.No matter any welding type, there must be someone responsible to the machine operating and guarding. 

Packaging: with wooden pallets, in plastic film or as per customers’ requirements.

Shipping: within 20 days after receiving the prepayment or relevant L/C.
