Inquiry & Quotation:

1) After you send us an inquiry by email, you will get a quotation sheet that shows the product price and MOQ from our sales within 24 hours.

2) In general, the prices are on FOB basis if you don’t mention CFR or CIF where. The prices are valid within 15 days.

3) If you need CFR or CIF term, we will check the current ocean freight and advise you. If the freight is changed more at the shipment date, we will adjust the CFR or CIF prices, and wait for your confirmation.

4) If the exchange rate is not steady, we will fix the rate at the contract date. The unit price and payable amount will be adjusted at the payment date according to rate difference.

5) MOQ is showed on our quotation sheet. Different products have different MOQ. For example, some LED lamps, MOQ is 100pcs, but for incandescent bulb PS55, the MOQ is 235,000pcs (1x40’HQ). If your order quantity does not reach our MOQ, please contact our sales.
