A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs7-10 days, mass production time needs 5-7 weeks for order quantity more than MOQ.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Yes,for the detail product MOQ, please contact us.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For the sample , we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.The arrive day depends on the distance and the efficiency of the courier; For mass product, we usually ship by sea.
Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, usually for the led lamps ,we offer 2-3 years warranty to it.
Q8: Is there any discount in bulk purchase?
A: Yes, Discounts are negotiable according to quantity.For the bulk discount, please contact us.
Q9: What about the delivery date?
A: Different products and different packing have different lead time, please contact our sales for the further details. When we issue the P/I, we don’t write a delivery date, but show lead time from we receive the deposit or L/C, for example: 30 days after the receipt of 30% deposit. We don’t have stock, and all of orders have to be produced after confirmation. All shipped goods are new.
