Beer Fermentor

The fermenting system includes fermentation tank, bright beer tank, and yeast propagation equipment. This size of fermentation tank is wildly used in mini and medium sized brewery, the tank body has interlayer, insulating layer (can heating, cooling and insulation). Inside of the tank has mirrored treated. The finish degree is Ra≤0.4μm. No dead angle. Fully sealed structure can ensure the material blending and fermentation all in no pollution condition. The tank equipped with breather, cleaning ball, sanitary grade manhole, sight glass etc.

The fermentation tank is the equipment for mechanical blending and fermentation of materials. The equipment adopts internal recycling mode and blending paddle to distribute and break up bubbles. Therefore, high speed of oxygen solution and good quality of blending are achieved. Tank body is made of SUS304 or 316L imported stainless steel, and automatic spraying and cleaning nozzle is attached in the tank to ensure producing procedure comply with GMP requirements.
