Stainless steel electric heating mixing tank has many characteristics such as: reasonable structure design, advanced technology, perfect durability, large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating and so on.
Heating methods:
Electrically heated mixing tank is made of stainless steel 304 or 316 ; its tank body surface adopt to mirror polishing; there are two different heat forms: electric heating and steam heating , as for heating methods, it can be heated by jacketed heating, coil heating, and heating pipe heating etc.
Agitator:
The agitator of heating mixing equipment is top center stirring, there are many different kinds of agitators, such as: frame mixer, anchored mixer, paddle mixer and turbo type mixer and so on, it is decided by the technological process.
Inlet and outlet:
The input and export of stainless steel heating mixing tank adopt to Flanging arc, which is easy to clean and no dead corner.
Design:
The design of heating mixing tank is highly humanized, it can be customized the tank volume(from 50L to 5000L)and other Configuration accessories according to production requirement; tank inner surface adopt mirror polishing, therefore, there is no dead corner in tank inside, and feeding material can be discharged clean, no stranded after operation.
It can be customized according to special requirements of our customers. Total height is computed according to the height (800mm) of the discharge outlet. If the height of discharge outlet is changed, total height shall be adjusted.
