Different types
1) BRH I: straight tooth, be good at dispersive mixing, suit liquid(exclude oil) and powder mixing;

2) BRH II: oblique tooth, be good at homogeneous emulsifying, suit oil liquid and powder mixing;

3) BRH III and kettle bottom emulsification head: straight tooth and oblique tooth are optional, small capacity, proof pressure(positive pressure≤3 Bar, negative pressure≤1Bar, high pressure≤8Bar).

4) BRH IV: straight tooth and oblique tooth are optional, suit 1.5T-2.5T tank, the whole length can reach 2.5m-2.7m, motor power is more than 30kw(equipped with water-cooling system).

5) BRJ: with shear, good at emulsifying, best at dispersion, suit ≤10T tank, with water-cooling mechanical seal(it must be equipped with water-cooling system in bearing).

Applicable range:

1. Suitable for all kinds of large and small reaction kettle, uniform, fine on the common container, emulsification. 
2. Small capacity of emulsion can be used for mobile lifting.
3. Widely applied in food, beverage, chemical, biochemical, petrochemical, pigments, dyes, paints, pharmaceuticals and other industries.
