Answer:3 years for truck scale/weighbridge platform structure,and 1 years for component part.
3) How to install scale?
Answer:We have detail install manual and video for your scale, also we provide computer or telephone techical support. If necessary, we also can provide technical engineer service to your company with round trip ticket and accommodation and 100$ subsidy per day need pay by buyer.
4) What should I do after installation?
Answer:You should drive a truck on scale to testing and commissioning if accuracy.
5) When we need calibrate scale?
Answer:When you replace new indicator and new load cell,and found the big different error while weighing,then it need calibrate again to ensure accuracy weighing.
6) Who should I contact for service (repair, calibration)?
Answer:You can contact through sales to feedback to Lubei technical center department to get prompt service for repair and calibration.
