Pallet block forming machine is used to make the block for the pallet which is used into the transportation. The raw 

material is sawdust and wood shavings, waste wood, used pallet and so on,also the glue(urea formaldehyde resin). 

The pallet block's size can be made by customer's demands. 

Process of Producing Wood Pallet Block Making Machine
1.Crush wood branches, biomass, used pallets, wood logs, waste wood etc into powder, wood shavings or wood chips;
2.Dry the raw materials into certain moisture as 10%;
3.Mix materials with glue water;

4.Press materials into block shape as your demand size.
