Description: This wood pallet making machine is mainly used for wood shavings, such as wood waste materials, after classics and glue mixing ratio, through the dryer, mixing glue dry machine glue, hot pressing machine heating forcing molding.
Pallet get from this machine is free Fumigation , it s the good material for export packing , also this material with smooth surface and will not be damaged in water within 24 hours, anti-explosion , without smell , it can be used for packing also for stock storage as bearers , and very friendly to environment , very good equipment for wood recycling.
The physical design of the machine is reasonable, taking three-dimensional simultaneous localization, with accurate and balanceable die assembly, through fast pressing of the liquid filling, it can finish releasing pressure in place within 35seconds, the operation is quite easy, just flat the sawdust or wood shavings, wood chips, waste scrap onto the moudle, press the working button, the press machine can automatically finish the whole process including underdraught , inflating, limiting pressure, maintaining pressure, timing, releasing pressure, demould and ascending in place.
