1. We accept VISA, Master Card, TT and Western Union as payment ways;
2. Payment must be made within 3 days after an order is created. If an order is not paid after 3 days, it will be closed;
3. If you can’t make payment for a new order, please wait for several minutes or contact with us. We will help you check whether there is any problems on the new order. 

1. Generally,orders will be shipped out in 3-5 working days as soon as payment is verified.It’s possible sometimes will be delayed for kind of emergency reasons like lacking stock.We will let you know at the first time if that happens.
2. According to our years of exporting experience,post parcels could arrive most of countries in 20 days around except every busiest Christmas purchasing season(Sep-Dec).Contact us whenever you feel it is needed.We will investigate and reply you in 24 hours.
3. We will be responsible for all export procedures.To help buyers avoid import tax,a lower value will be declared on custom invoice if no special requests received from buyers.And any import duty or charge will be buyers’ responsibility.
4. The product pictures and specifications are supplied by the original factories,so it may happens manufacturers changed some technicial data or outlookings which we have not update yet.And we can’t inform you one by one in advance.Pls understand.

1. Once defect occurred,pls contact us in 3 days since the delivery date.We will absolutely solve
   for you positively.
2. We may need to negotiate with original factory when getting the returned item.So pls keep them as the original condition if you plan to return it back to us.We never expect any DOA troubles from buyers,so we test every item seriously before shipping.But those risks during shipping are totally out of our control.So pls kindly pay the returning fee.We will undertake the second shipping fee.Thanks for your understanding!
