rubber, Chinese herbal medicine, winter date, tea contains ,a certain fiber materials to extract dehydration or
juice, and also used to sea buckthorn continuously make fruit juice except the branches or contain a few sprigs ,
the mesh specially made according to the size of the sea buckthorn fruit .

The working principle and structure of Stainless steel double screw fruit juicer machine/apple extruder for food industry use:
This apple press machine is the screwtype press.The working process is the conveying screw push
the material which will enter the workbin into screw press, decreased by squeezing screw pitch
and diameter of axle, and under the action of cone resistance and screen wall, make
the material of the liquid (juice) will be squeezed out. Squeeze the liquid outflow from the mesh,
concentrated in the juice in the bucket. The pomace after squeezing, conversion between the end of the
cylindrical screen and conical body eduction,conical spring loaded at the back of the body, by adjusting
the spring pretightening force and position, can change the size of the resistance and slag notch,
sed to adjust the squeezing degree of dry and wet.
Note: The feeding box and sieve tube and screw of this machine adopt high-quality acid and alkali
resistant 304 stainless steel materials.

Answer :this machine is double or single apple press machine,mainly for industry raw juice extracting ,like ,grapes ,apple ,lemon ,pear ,blueberry etc extraction for juice , also for vegetable or other farm plant dehydrator usage , like carrot ,ginger jam ,it also for some special use like cassava dewater extruding ,manure extruding ,distiller extraction etc enviroment use .
