Using Method of Fish scaling machine

1, Cut the head and maw of the fish. If the tail is too big, cut into half, then clean them.

2,Before starting the machine:

a)add some oil to the oiling device

b)check the pressure and adjust it( upward, more pressure; downward, less pressure)

c)check the spring,make sure the spring is firm

d)check the Scraper, make sure the scraper is close the right way to the drum.( Attention, if too close, the scraper is easily got wear).

e)When all is ok, then operate the machine normally for 30 seconds with

nothing.

3, When the machine is operating, hands and other material are not allowed to

put into the feeding inlet. Make sure the fish tail is not too big.

4,When the work is finished, turn off the power of the machine. When the machine stops operating, clean the remained fish on the drum. (Pat the drum with wet cloth, then the remained fish will fall into the drum). The drum, either removing or not is ok,but better remove to achieve good cleanness.

5, How to remove the drum:

Adjust the pressure to the lowest point, loosen the spring, scraper and ouch,

then insert the iron bars into the two holes of the drum, turn

Counterclockwise, turning and pulling out the drum at the same time. ( It is not

easy job to remove the drum of new machines, but it will be much easier when

the machine is used for a period of time)
