Physical character: made by drum-type vulcanizing press(ROTOCURE) or vulcanizing press with high quality viton rubber, 1-6mm thickness is made by drum-type vulcanizing press(ROTOCURE) with shiny surface, 7-20mm thickness is made by vulcanizing press for get higher thick thickness. With many high characters such as high heat aging resistance, high temperature resistant, ozone resistant, oil resistant, vacuum resistant, acid & alkali resistant, chemic cautery resistant. It could work in air, oil, acid or alkali and all kinds of other chemic solution which contains 100% cautery material at the temperature of -40°C - +320°C. Appearance of product this type feels gleaming and flattening. Allowable variation of thickness is tiny and all physical indexes are excellent. With outstanding performances of high temperature resistant, oil-proof, strong acid and alkali proof the product could withstand hard environment’s test. Multi hardness fluorin rubber plate with 2m ultimate thickness and 0.5mm ultimate thinness could meet the requirement of all industries. Apply to punch all kinds of seals, gaskets at military, spaceflight, chemical industry and other high-tech request. Allowed buyers offer particular technical demand such as insulation, textile insertion, metal mesh insertion and mat surface, we could make it according to contract signified.
