Q1: How soon can I get the quotation?

•A:  Within 24 hours after receiving your design or drawing.

Q2: Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?

•A: Yes, we are a professional mould factory with an experienced engineering team making custom products according to clients’ drawings. We use Solidwork, AutoCAD, and Pro-Engineer software.

Q3: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the project?

•A: You can supply us a sample, we will help to finish the 3D drawing design.

Q4: What is your MOQ?

•A: Usually our MOQ is 1000~3000 according to models, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.

Q5: How much is your sample fee? Is it refundable?

•A: Usually sample fee is three times of batch unit price and it will be returned during mass production.

Q6: How long is your lead time?

•A: It depends on the quantity and difficulty of products. Usually our turnover time is 20-30 days (mass production)

Q7: How will you control the quality?

•A: We have quality control department, which will set up control plan before stating the project, all PPAP report will be provided along the whole process.
