High Frequency 13.56 MHz RFID CD and DVD Tags
This example of our High Frequency RFID CD/ DVD tags. It's very easy to use provide excellent control of audio and video disks.
While the examples clearly show the actual IC and antenna, We can also provide these tags as circular white blank labels or labels with your company or institution name and logo on them for ease in identification.
Or you can simply use them as they are shown in the picture. Visible RFID tags can discourage theft as they are a reminder that the disk is secured by radio frequency.
Since these tags are actually labels we can provide them with a paper surface or a longer wearing gloss polyester coating identical to our standard library label line.
Ultra High Frequency Gen 2 860 ~ 960 MHz RFID CD and DVD Tags
When the requirement is to use Gen 2 UHF tags, we can supply you with both UHF Near Field short read range tags or A maximum of about 2 Meters high speed read distance.
Antenna technology, EPC code of 128 bits, 32 bits user memory and a serialized TID.
The read distance changes with different disk manufacturer's as each disk can have a different metallic content which reduces this read distance.
