One year warranty for all accessories and lifelong service.
However, please notice that, if you give us negative feedback or no feedback, we will take it as abandon of all the warranty service. We won’t accept any problem that may be caused.

For reducing our shipping fee, large size articles (Walkthrough metal detector gates, X-ray security inspection machines, Needles inspection for Food industry, etc) will go dropshipping.
We will leave the tracking number on your order when we have shipped the package; you can get it and check your package after 24 hours (Because it will take about 24 hours for delivery company to upload the checking information on their web) in the following link:
