Regular Plastic Card Feature:
Laminated PVC, 85.6x54x0.76mm in size, CMYK offset printing on both sides.
Based on the signature panel for PVC card , we Offer value-added Optional Feature for your card:
1. Optional thickness: 0.30mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm or 0.76mm
2 . Card Surface Finishing: UV Varnish / Matt / Glossy / Frosted finishing, and so on.
3. Individualize Continuous Numbers/ Names /Bar Code.

7. Magnetic Stripes: 1) We offer three track low coercivity (Loco) and high coercivity (Hico) magnetic stripes. 2) Magnetic size: 8mm/12.5mm. 3) Magnetic stripe color: Black/Red/Gold/Silver
8 . Transparency: 1) Opaque: Opaque cards are regular white PVC cards. 2) Clear: Clear cards are glossy. 3) Clear frosted cards.
Reference Price for optional value-added feature:
1. Laminated protective film on 10,000 pieces card, 47 USD surcharge.
2. Matt finish for 10,000 pieces card, 47 USD surcharge.
3. Stamping silver or gold foil on 10,000 pieces cards, 16 USD surcharge.
4. DOD printing continuous number or various names on 10,000 pieces card, 40 USD surcharge.
5. Covering POP bag on each card of 10,000 pieces card, 32 USD surcharge.

Payment Term:
T/T or Western Union. 30% deposit before production, balanced 70% paid before delivery.
Lead Time:
In case of that order quantity is less than 100,000 pieces, production time 7 days.
Over 100,000 pieces, production time is 12-15 days.
Small batch of shipment will be delivered by express courier, arrived in 4-5 workdays.
Larger shipment can be delivered by air or sea.
Sample Term:
1) If you need some sample cards that we had produced, the sample fee is free.
2) If you need to make sample as your own design, there will have USD 50 sample charge, but in case of that your order quantity is over 10,000 pieces, we will return sample charge in mass production phase.
3) you need to afford the sample delivery freight.
Packing Detail:
One outer carton contents 20 inner boxes,
Each inner box contents 250 pieces standard size card.
Outer carton size: 48cm*22.5cm*24.5cm.
