We can supply all the bathroom and kitchen facilities( including toilet bowl, wash basin,shower). also electricity facilities( including switch, socket, wire and lamps)
Materials:
1.)BASE:
- Frame construction: - 3mm Steel Profile; 4 welded (Container) corner castings with dimensions according to ISO norms.
- Frame construction: - Cold rolled welded; 3mm steel profile; 4 welded
- Floor: - 18 mm plywood, water resistant (V100), free of formaldehyde (E1);
1.5 mm synthetic floor covering, welded seams.
2.) ROOF:
- Frame construction: - 3 mm cold rolled, welded steel profiles.
- 4 corner casts, welded in accordance with ISO norms.
- steel structure Perlins.
- Load bearing Capacity: - 2,000 N/m2.
- Roof cover: - 0.50 mm thick, galvanized steel sheet.
- Insulation: - 50 mm-100mm mineral wool, EPS or PU slabs
3.) CORNER POSTS:
- Profile: - Cold rolled 4.0 mm steel profile.
- Door panel
- Fitting: - The four corner posts are fitting with the base frame and the roof with Bolts.
4.) WALL PANELS:
- Exterior Cladding: - Profiled galvanized sheet metal, steel sheet, 0.5 mm.
- Interior Cladding: - Profiled galvanized sheet metal, steel sheet, 0.4 mm.
- Insulation: - 50mm-100mm mineral wool, EPS or PU panel
- Load Bearing Capacity: - 0.6 Kn/m2.
5.) PAINTING & COATING:
All steel profiles will be hot-dipped Zinc galvanized (45μm)
Epoxy Zinc primer: Min 40 Microns.
Mineral Wool Coating: Min 50 Microns.
Total Coating: D.F.T: Min 90 Microns.
All Zinc galvanized sheet metals are PVC overlaid in standard colors.
6) WINDOWS:
PVC window or Aluminum Alloy window,
Sliding or sewing
7.) EXTERIOR DOORS:
Aluminum Door, Theft proof steel plate door, sandwich PVC door
