Technical Characteristics:
The main co-rotating screw, using modular design principle, with excellent dispersive mixing performance, controlled residence time, good exhaust devolatilization performance, excellent interchangeability, self-cleaning, flexible, modular combination and other characteristics, to achieve the widely versatile, multi-purpose and special nature of the specific requirements of both unity.
Main specifications seriation: Screw diameter Φ20mm ~ Φ135mm, and in accordance with different speed and torque level is divided into A, B, two sub-series, to provide users with more choice.
Plasticizing, Mixing Screw:
Intermeshed screw elements conjugate design, with excellent self-cleaning and interchangeability;
Screw elements and shafts using advanced forms of involute spline coupling, higher operating torque and larger working volume screw; screw configuration design more than twenty years of experience and software technology, has introduced a new screw element a combination of configurations to meet the requirements of a variety of materials processing technology.
Traditional System:
Deceleration, torque distribution integration, new structural design, enhanced safety margin, high-precision grinding hardened key bearings and seals are imported, forced lubrication with separate cooling systems;
Optional imported high torque gearbox and torque safety protection, to further enhance the performance of the device.
Security Integrated Experimental Extruder:
BM-20,30,40 models use integrated mode, all systems installed in the host computer base, as long as access to power and water can be put into use.

Pelletizing System:
